Job summary

Partner Company seeks a senior engineering leader to drive the evolution of revenue-critical data systems that convert partner-reported activity into recognized revenue. You will guide the transition from legacy batch processing to modern event-based and hourly ingestion while maintaining data accuracy.

You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers across levels, own revenue data accuracy, migrate partners to a unified platform, and champion AI-assisted development to accelerate engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience owning production data pipelines where data correctness is essential.
