Job summary

Dometic, a global marine solutions provider, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager in Pompano Beach, FL to lead the product engineering team for HVAC and refrigeration products, guiding new development, test, and sustaining efforts. You will drive project execution, coach talent, and partner across functions to deliver high‑quality innovations on schedule and within budget.

Occasional travel to customers and launches is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product development and/or manufacturing engineering.
• 3-5 years of engineering leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development activities from planning to execution.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and resources for multiple projects.
• Lead Dometic Product Development Process ensuring profitable implementation.
• Provide engineering input in leadership discussions.
• Support roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to support customers, suppliers, launches, and quality initiatives.
• Hands-on project management and technical direction.
