Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of piping/fluid systems experience, preferably data center cooling.
• Experience with TCS/SFN design, validation, and productization.
• Proficiency with Creo for assemblies, layouts, routing, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of TCS/SFN assemblies, including manifolds, headers, valves, fittings, hoses and expansion tanks.
• Develop and maintain Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and libraries for TCS/SFN components.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs, PFDs, P&IDs, and technical docs in PLM systems (Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill).
• Perform system sizing and calculations (pressure drop, flow balancing, NPSH margin, Cv valve).
• Support prototype builds and validation testing (pressure, leak, flow/thermal).
• Collaborate with suppliers on manufacturability, cost, and quality.
