Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering or related roles.
  • Experience on aircraft development programs with OEMs (Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge in flight control, actuation systems and/or electromechanical systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional teams and all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of ARP4754, DO-254 and DO-178 aerospace development standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product engineering or related roles

  • Previous pursuit and development program experience on aircraft applications with key OEMs (Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, etc.)

  • Technical knowledge in the areas of flight control, actuation systems and/or electromechanical systems.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and across all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of aerospace development process and industry standards (ARP4754, DO-254, DO-178)

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making ability and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
