Job summary

Google is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in the United States to lead engineers across multiple teams, influence product strategy, and drive large-scale project delivery.

You will guide end-to-end data processing, analytics, and billing pipelines on DV360, collaborating across information retrieval, AI, NLP, distributed computing, and security domains to deliver trusted advertising tech at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Capture, read, and process billions of raw serving logs daily.
• Manage high-cardinality stats tables for impressions, clicks, conversions, and costs.
• Maintain the query engines that retrieve stats for DV360 UI, Report Builder, and external APIs.
• Operate backend pipelines that calculate billable costs and ensure month-end close stability.
• Own tools advertisers use to gather insights and map campaign metadata.
