Job summary

Slack is seeking a senior frontend engineering leader to head the Slack Kit and Accessibility teams. The role focuses on maintaining the UI design system and frontend component library, while advancing accessibility strategies and modernizing CSS architecture.

You will mentor engineers and guide career growth within the team. The ideal candidate combines frontend leadership with hands-on expertise in design systems, accessibility, and CSS practices, enabling scalable, accessible UI across Slack

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Background as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
