Job summary

Slack seeks a senior frontend leader to head the Slack Kit and Accessibility engineering team, owning the UI design system and frontend component library. You will drive the accessibility strategy while modernizing frontend architecture and mentoring a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with design, product, and platform teams to align roadmaps, establish best practices, and deliver accessible, scalable UI components at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Background as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; strong communication and mentoring skills.
