Pantheon is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Customer Runtimes in the United States. You will lead a large software engineering team responsible for scaled infrastructure that supports Drupal, WordPress, and Next.js sites for major clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development with a track record as a Staff/Principal engineer.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading large global teams.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects, coordinating with customers and external communities.

• Lead and mentor the team through organizational changes, maintaining productivity and morale.
• Manage multiple critical projects with shifting priorities and ensure high-quality delivery.
