Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or tech lead manager.
• 8+ years building large client applications with deep platform expertise.
• Collaborative, outcome-oriented leadership with coaching skills.
• Proven delivery in high-scale environments with complex constraints.
• Experience solving cross-functional engineering and non-engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team across platforms.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence while delivering outcomes.
• Define and execute product and technical strategy for performance improvements.
• Own the team's mission, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment.
