Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development and integration for assembly and inspection processes.
• Drive full equipment lifecycle from concept through transfer to manufacturing operations.
• Translate process requirements into detailed equipment specifications and validation documentation.
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders through structured updates.
• Champion data-driven decision-making to improve throughput, labor efficiency, and OEE.
• Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Process Development, and Quality to deploy equipment across sites.
