The Ascentia Analytics Services team, part of the Connected Aviation Solutions unit of Collins Aerospace, is building a platform that will provide a single, holistic view of the entire past, present and future maintenance environment of an aircraft. Ascentia processes data from multiple sources empowering airlines to analyze data and past events all in one place, make cost-saving decisions faster than ever before, and even prevent future failures before they happen.
As an Engineering Manager with the Ascentia Analytics Services team you’llprovide leadership, technical guidance, and product vision to a team of software engineers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in Data Engineering and Data Science to design, develop and support Ascentia and its mission to usher in a new era of game-changing aircraft maintenance efficiency!
In this role, you will lead, support, and inspire the engineers on your team while helping them fulfill technical, operational, and business requirements. You’ll work alongside senior engineers and partners across Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to guide the design and delivery of major product improvements. The ideal candidate will be able to solve complex technical challenges while delivering incredible improvements to product reliability and quality.
As part of the Ascentia Analytics Services team, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative, ambitious, and future-reaching group. We attract engineering leaders with a passion for aviation and data.
