Hiro Systems PBC is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Infrastructure teams in scaling their developer platform. The role encompasses overseeing projects, mentoring engineers, and defining technical strategy while ensuring a high-performing and inclusive culture. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software development, leadership, and strong technical proficiency in key programming languages and cloud infrastructure.

As our Senior Engineering Manager at Hiro, you’ll lead our Infrastructure (DevOps and API) teams to meet the technical, operational, and revenue-scale needs of our fast-growing developer platform. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture, streamlining processes, and delivering mission-critical initiatives—drawing on a proven track record of building developer tools, APIs, or SaaS platforms in high-growth, distributed environments.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define roadmaps, set clear priorities, and continuously refine how we build and operate. As we scale beyond 20 engineers, you’ll be key to hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent—ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and positioned to support emerging revenue opportunities in Web3/Bitcoin tooling.
