- Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

- Lead the Americas Engineering organization under a One Americas operating model.
- Develop and execute the regional engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish standards, governance, and procedures across the region.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain engineering talent.
- Drive standardization and best practices across disciplines and locations.
