• Establish processes, policies, and practices and determine resource requirements.
• Oversee and manage budgets of the organization and development projects.
• Understand full life cycle requirements for product development.
• Work with subordinates to establish and evaluate employee performance plans.
• Interface with internal/external customers and suppliers to define priorities and approvals.
• Mentor engineers to enhance skills and support career trajectories.
• Identify and drive to closure technical risks or opportunities.
