Devspace is seeking an Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and delivery oversight across software product teams for a life sciences-focused client. This role requires ensuring regulatory, validation, and audit readiness within a GxP and CFR Part 11 environment, while mentoring engineers and driving secure, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Experience as Staff/Principal or senior engineer with leadership in software teams.
• Proven background in software development and architecture.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (life sciences, pharma).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native practices.
• Leadership, architecture, or cloud certifications are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Define architectural direction, patterns, and standards.
• Lead technical planning and feasibility for new features.
• Review designs with traceability and compliance.
• Mentor engineers across software, test, and platform.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and IaC deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on release planning.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and validation evidence.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical risk and debt.
