Job summary

Triumph Enterprises, Inc. in Stafford, Virginia, is recruiting a Senior Engineer Lead to oversee engineering services for PM MAGTF C2 support for the U.S. Marine Corps. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Senior Engineer Lead will own the technical quality of all engineering deliverables and lead the team through acquisition life cycle activities, design reviews, and government interactions. Security clearances are required to enable project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
16 years in systems engineering on DoD programs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering services task area and the engineers who support it.
Perform the final quality assurance check on every engineering document and briefing package before Government release, using a reviewer independent of the author.
Lead Configuration Control Board technical packages.
Represent the contractor at design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings.
Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals against requirements and direct the analysis behind the recommendation.
