Job summary

Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Engineer Lead to spearhead engineering services for PM MAGTF C2 support for the United States Marine Corps in Stafford, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Senior Engineer Lead will own the technical quality of all engineering outputs and lead the engineering services task area, coordinating with government reviewers and participating in design reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
16 years in systems engineering on Department of Defense programs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering services task area and the engineers who support it.
Perform the final quality assurance check on every engineering document and briefing package before Government release, using a reviewer independent of the author.
Lead Configuration Control Board technical packages.
Represent the contractor at design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings.
Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals against requirements and direct the analysis behind the recommendation.
