You will drive equipment reliability, utilities, CAPEX projects, and continuous improvement while assuring cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in pharmaceutical engineering, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of HVAC, clean utilities, building systems, and environmental controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams supporting OSD manufacturing, packaging, utilities, and facility systems.
• Provide technical direction for troubleshooting, optimization, and process improvements.
• Develop long-term engineering strategies that support operational excellence and asset reliability.
• Oversee installation, qualification, and maintenance of OSD equipment such as granulators, fluid bed dryers, tablet presses, capsule fillers, coaters, blenders, and packaging lines.
• Ensure environmental controls meet cGMP, FDA, EU, and internal standards; support audits and documentation.
