• Build, review, and improve production systems with focus on reliability, security, and performance.
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, documentation, testing, and operational discipline.
• Mentor engineers and improve collaboration across product, data, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Use metrics and incident learning to prioritize technical investment and reduce recurring risk.
