The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our new crypto team, developing innovative products and services for our members, including crypto investing, transfers, payments, and custody. As a director, you will inspire and mentor your team, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

1. Lead multiple full-stack development teams from requirement gathering to deployment.
2. Drive results in a fast-paced environment.
3. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Grow and develop your team members.
5. Manage project budgets and risks.
6. Communicate project status with stakeholders.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
8. Generate ideas for new initiatives.

What You'll Need

1. At least 10 years of experience in crypto or related financial services, with 5+ years in leadership.
2. Deep understanding of crypto industry and regulations.
3. Proven leadership and operational excellence.
4. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
6. Experience with relevant software and tools, including loan origination systems.
7. Experience in hiring, training, and coaching teams.
8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
