Job summary

System One is seeking an Engineering Design Manager in Salt Lake City, UT to lead design production through complete project life cycle onsite. You will guide staff, ensure design standards, and manage budgets while supporting client interactions and fostering a productive project environment.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years in design, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of design related experience with mechanical, electrical, building systems, or operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities
