Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking an Engineering Change Analyst in Buffalo, NY. The role requires leading the engineering change control and product lifecycle processes across Hardware engineering. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure product configuration integrity, driving seamless transitions from development to manufacturing.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience in hardware configuration management or document control is required. Ideal candidates have mastery of PLM systems and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Hardware configuration management, engineering change control, or document control.
• Extensive experience navigating major PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of ISO documentation standards and regulatory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Request (ECR) lifecycle.
• Ensure governance of configuration management and adherence to ISO standards.
• Act as a mentor and expert for engineering teams.
