Job summary

Lloyd’s Register Applied Technology Group is seeking professionals to evaluate the design, production, and in‑service aspects of engineering assets. You will apply procedures, experience, and knowledge to handle routine situations effectively while ensuring compliance with budgets and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include producing deliverables within established formats and deadlines, presenting results to clients, and advising on suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or physical science, minimum two years duration.
• Membership in a professional institution.
• Working towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineering status.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design, production, and in‑service aspects of engineering assets.
• Provide expert advice for service delivery within area of experience.
• Produce deliverables within defined formats, deadlines, and budgets.
• Discuss and present deliverables to clients; propose solutions when needed.
• Follow internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and standards.
• Pursue Continuous Professional Development to stay current.
• Assist in determining appropriate fees and cost structures for external clients.
• Guide other employees and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements via client feedback.
• Undertake routine administrative tasks per current processes.
