Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve Wet Process issues impacting efficiency, cycle time, and risk.
• Model capacity planning and drive area performance with clear metrics.
• Collaborate with IE, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations on capacity scenarios.
• Lead safety and quality audits and follow-up actions.
