Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is hiring Ridgeline Senior Software Engineer on our Trading Team to build complex, high‑quality Trade Order Management applications, using Java or Kotlin, Spring/SpringBoot, and AWS backend services in a fast‑paced, AI‑driven environment.

You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, advocate design patterns, mentor engineers, and help shape a scalable platform that supports multiple asset classes while delivering reliable performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with architecting new products and tech.

Impact you will have

• Apply trading domain knowledge, financial quantitative expertise, and technical skills to create solutions where design, strategy, and engineering closely intersect.
• Be involved in the entire software development process, from requirements and design reviews as the platform expands across asset classes.
• Shape and optimize a tech stack leveraging AWS backend services to power robust, scalable applications.
• Participate in the creation and construction of developer-based automation that leads to scalable, high-quality applications customers will depend on to run their businesses.
• Advocate design and development best practices in a pragmatic manner.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire teams of product engineers responsible for delivering high‑performing, secure enterprise applications.

What we look for

• 5+ years in software engineering with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge in Java or Kotlin and Spring/SpringBoot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated experience applying Design Patterns, OOAD/SOLID principles, and writing automated unit tests.
• Strong motivation to explore and adopt new technologies while independently navigating complex codebases.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is: $168,000 – $210,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
