This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for complex features to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the job include delivering complex features and technology, enabling development efficiencies, providing technical thought leadership based on conducting multiple software implementations, and applying both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Additionally, this job is accountable for end‑to‑end solution design and delivery.
A Senior Rates eTrading Development Lead is required to modernize and expand our front office eTrading platforms that support Rates products across multiple lines of businesses globally. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role that will bring expertise in software engineering best practices, architecting and building low latency D2C and D2D algos, market data connectivity, execution workflows, internalization, and pricing. This role will help lead the technical architecture and delivery of strategic initiatives that span across business enablement/growth, platform modernization, stability, performance, and innovation. The candidate will have deep experience in front‑office eTrading systems and be a key partner to tech management, software engineers, quantitative analysts, and traders.
