How you will make an impact:

• Develop, maintain, and improve MEMS sensor test solutions for R&D and production qualification.
• Collaborate with sensors R&D team to define characterization requirements and support execution, including developing test stands and software for R&D DOE.
• Support characterization requests and compile detailed reports.
• Ensure hardware/software installations and calibration protocols maintain quality of characterization results.
• Manage equipment procurement, documentation, maintenance, and assist with facilities planning.
• Evaluate and manage suppliers, establish tolerances, and define acceptance criteria.
• Assign R&D support tasks, instruct and train technicians, and oversee their work.
• Design parts, components, and subsystems based on technical evaluations.
• Train and guide lower-level employees on routine procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 4+ years' experience, or Master’s/Ph.D. with fewer years.
• Hands-on experience with environmental testing setups for sensors, including thermal, vibration, and electrical testing.
• Programming skills in LabVIEW, C/C++, and Python/MATLAB.

• Experience with electrical test equipment and failure analysis for MEMS sensors.
• Knowledge of material/device characterization methods.
• Familiarity with calibration methodologies, surface science techniques, statistical analysis, and lab/industrial equipment.
