Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of engineering experience.
• Six (6) years of engineering experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Possession of a valid Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and administration of traffic, facilities, design, and/or construction projects.
• Provide guidance to lower-level engineers and supervise consultants.
• Review plans, specifications, and estimates prepared by consultants.
