Job summary

Encoded Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process Sciences (Drug Product) to drive manufacturing for AAV drug products across clinical, PPQ, and commercial programs. You will lead tech transfer and help develop CQV protocols while partnering with cross-functional teams and external sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with sterile fill-finish operations, strong cGMP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple technical deliverables in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (biochemical/chemical engineering, biological sciences, virology, molecular biology, or biochemistry).
Strong verbal and written communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with sterile fill-finish operations and aseptic processing is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical, PPQ, and commercial Drug Product manufacturing for AAV products.
Coordinate tech transfer activities with internal and external sites.
Support URS development, vendor selection, and FAT/SAT for Fill/Finish facilities.
