Job summary

Strata-G, LLC is seeking experienced engineers to lead complex technical projects onsite in Oak Ridge, TN. Candidates should have 5+ years of direct engineering experience in highly regulated environments and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, with DOE Q clearance being desirable.

Required are ABET-accredited four-year engineering degrees across Nuclear, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical, and Electrical disciplines, plus solid data systems and CAD/modeling tools experience.

Qualifications

• Types of Engineers: Nuclear, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Chemical and Electrical with 4-year ABET-accredited degree.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from design through lifecycle validation.
• Maintain compliance with DOE orders, regulations, and safety envelopes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientists, procurement teams, and federal stakeholders.
• Perform advanced modeling to produce detailed specifications and interfaces.
• Investigate issues, determine failure modes, and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support work planning, scheduling, and cost estimation initiatives.
