ProMed is seeking a highly skilled engineer to translate complex pharmaceutical and medical device concepts into scalable manufacturing processes. You will drive DoE, process development, and qualification activities to ensure regulatory compliance and robust batch records.

You will mentor junior staff, lead cross‑functional teams, and help transfer processes from development to manufacturing. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration, and a focus on patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science with relevant experience.
• Demonstrable working knowledge of DoE and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process development and equipment implementation in regulated environments.
• Experience developing batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex pharmaceutical and medical device concepts into robust, scalable manufacturing processes.
• Drive design of experiments and DoE to identify optimal parameters.
• Lead qualification/validation, pilot processes, and technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Provide technical mentorship and cross‑functional leadership across development projects.
