This role requires managing engineering teams, ensuring design quality, and engaging in business development. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience, a PE license, and strong skills in leadership and communication. Competitive compensation between $102,000 - $160,000, including comprehensive benefits.

Position Summary
As a Senior Engineer focused on elevating our work within the Justice + Civic sector, you will have the opportunity to work on highly complex projects while collaborating with the sector team to achieve our business plan goals. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce high-quality construction documents and manage project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. You will collaborate closely with all disciplines to produce highly integrated building designs. You will collaborate with the sector leadership team to develop and execute strategies for business development, growing our integrated practice. You will play a key role in client relationship development and management. You will also guide the engineering team to ensure deliverables are of a consistent quality and within budget.
