Job summary

Responsibilities include leading project tasks, preparing plans, reviewing development proposals, and budget management. Requires PE license and Civil Engineering background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• P.E. license required.
• Ability to gather, organize and analyze engineering data and prepare reports.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering analyses, designs, and calculations for private improvements and public works projects.
• Prepare construction plans, submittals, RFIs, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E).
• Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and practices.
• Manage resources efficiently and address delays or obstacles in the project life cycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Supervise technical staff and assist in budget and workload management.
