Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural Manufacturing or related engineering/industrial field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• CAD software knowledge is preferred (Creo or SolidWorks).
• Hands‑on experience is a plus (farm, mechanic, hobby carpentry, etc.).
• Co‑op/intern experience with Bobcat is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering mentors on high‑level projects.
• Drive product development and improvement.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs.
• Conduct finite element analysis using Ansys.
• Validate product performance through testing and analysis.
• Maintain quality control standards for products.
