Microchip Technology Inc. in Beverly, Massachusetts is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee contract manufacturers in high-technology production. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across various metrics including quality, cost, and delivery through direct management of manufacturing processes.

This position will have a strong operations ownership to lead performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across US-based contract manufacturing partners supporting high-technology electronics products. This role drives end-to-end operational execution—capacity, quality, cost, delivery, and NPI scale-up—while partnering with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure consistent product performance for PCBA and system/box-build manufacturing.
This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304-$205,000.* Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
