Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience required.
• Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
• Technical knowledge in development methodologies and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve products while leading multifunctional project teams.
• Provide regulatory support and maintain design history files.
• Train surgeons and distributor customers on technical product aspects.

Skills

Knowledgeable of FDA and ISO guidelines for the development of medical devices

Manufacturing process knowledge

Project management and communication skills

Working knowledge of anatomy from an orthopedic standpoint

Proficiency in designing products using a 3D-CAD program

Education
