ASM is seeking a Sr. RF Engineer to design and develop RF circuits for semiconductor equipment, collaborating with Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded teams in our office/lab.
You will design RF matching networks, amplifiers, magnetics, and micro-strip circuits from 400kHz to 2.45GHz, perform simulations, and test high-power RF gear safely.
Qualifications include 10+ years in RF design, up to 20kW, ADS/OrCAD/Ansys; MS or PhD preferred; strong communication and teamwork.

The Sr. RF Engineer will be responsible for design and development of RF circuits for semiconductor equipment. Candidate will be working with a team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Embedded Engineers in an office/lab environment.
