Qualifications

  • Understanding of MEMS design and underlying fundamentals.
  • Experience with Python programming for data analysis, automation, or engineering applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, characterize, and analyze MEMS resonators and related technologies.
  • Perform simulations, laboratory evaluations, debugging, characterization, and root-cause analysis of new and existing devices.
  • Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept and design through qualification, release, and production support.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain test software and automation used for laboratory characterization and production testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MEMS, ASIC design, process engineering, assembly, test, quality, and product engineering, to bring new technologies and products to market.

**Job Description:**Microchip is seeking a Senior MEMS Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, qualification, and production support of MEMS timing technology for a variety of applications.The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers across multiple sites and disciplines, including MEMS design, ASIC design, wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and product engineering.
