Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with PFAS substances.
- Understanding of site remediation technical and regulatory processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and historical research in support of environmental contamination, toxic tort, and natural resource damage litigation
- Review and analyze technical papers and reports
- Review and analyze pleadings, deposition transcripts and document discovery
- Prepare expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony
- Communicate with clients and counsel
