Job summary

iAutomation, a full-service automation company, has an immediate opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer in Franklin, Massachusetts.

The engineer will research, design, develop, test, and install a wide variety of electrical systems. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other engineering groups to maximize equipment performance. Candidates should bring 6+ years of experience and proficiency with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or SolidWorks Electrical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in electrical design engineering.

iAutomation is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to research, design, develop, test, and install a wide variety of complex apparatus, components, equipment, and machinery. Designs, constructs, and operates complex machinery and equipment used for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. Works closely with other engineering areas to obtain optimum utilization of equipment. Assignments require original thinking and ingenuity to solve problems. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles, concepts, practices, and theories. Mentor more junior engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years' of professional experience in electrical design engineering.

• Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or SolidWorks Electrical
• Ability to mentor junior engineers

Salary Range: $120,900- $131,500annually.

This range reflects the expected base pay for this position in Massachusetts and is based on internal equity and the established job family compensation structure. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
