Job summary

Comcast Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the Broadband Release Quality Engineering team. The role focuses on automation, tooling, quality analytics, and AI-assisted engineering to improve release readiness and product quality for Broadband devices.

You will design tools, dashboards, and integrations, analyze test data, and support root-cause investigations. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but combinations of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in software/quality engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation tools that improve Broadband software validation and release readiness.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for release health and quality visibility.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions for defect summarization, test case generation, and log analysis.
• Lead and mentor teammates on engineering best practices and quality processes.
