Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead initiatives ensuring operational excellence across our technology stack. You will mentor engineers, design scalable systems, and drive automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on site reliability or infrastructure.
Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Experience with languages such as Java, Go, Python.
Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Strong networking experience and understanding of network protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
