• Expertise in building production React applications, with deep, hands-on mastery of hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, useRef, useReducer) and custom hook design
• Expert-level understanding of the React rendering lifecycle, reconciliation, and the fiber architecture — able to diagnose and eliminate unnecessary re-renders in large, data-dense component trees
• Proven experience architecting scalable component hierarchies and design systems for enterprise applications (atomic/component-driven design, composition over inheritance)
• Strong command of performance optimization techniques: code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization strategies, virtualization (react-window/react-virtualized) for large datasets and table
