Collabera in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead transmission projects from design through construction. The role requires a PE license and a strong background in infrastructure engineering and project management.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Operations, contractors, and external engineering firms, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with standards across complex transmission projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and active PE license.
• 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with minimal direction.
• Experience coordinating engineering firms, contractors, and/or other external resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary Range: $125k - $130k

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transmission projects from design through construction.
• Own project budgets, schedules, scope, and execution with minimal direction.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to outside engineer ing firms.
• Coordinate with Operations, contractors, engineer ing firms, and other stakeholders.
• Lead transmission pipeline and station design/construction projects.
• Manage transmission pipe replacements, station design/replacement, leak repair projects, and condition-based infrastructure replacements.
• Review engineer ing work and ensure projects meet applicable requirements and standards.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer ing
• Active PE license
• 6+ years of professional engineer ing experience
• Strong project management experience
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with minimal direction
• Experience coordinating engineer ing firms, contractors, and/or other external resources
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
