Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in engineering, and at least ten years of focused engineering experience, or six years of progressively responsible diversified engineering and project management experience, preferably in a wastewater/water utility, with four years at the level of Senior Associate Engineer‑PE; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
