Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine products in a service workshop.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on assessments.
• Document work, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms in the service system.
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices; may provide work direction.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and tools; adhere to health & safety policies.
• Escalate issues per guidelines and communicate troubleshooting results clearly.
