Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a senior care setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, outings, and other recreational programs
• Develop and implement creative and engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
• Collaborate with the activities team to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback
• Develop and manage activity budgets, ensuring responsible fiscal management
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
