- Ability to lead multiple parallel projects without micromanaging.
Responsibilities
- Lead the KV team, manage projects, coach engineers, and run performance processes.
- Drive the roadmap and prioritize multi-quarter projects across subdomains.
- Represent the team at tech talks, conferences, and hackathons.
