Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Database Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with CockroachDB or other distributed SQL databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and database optimization techniques.
• Experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, or similar big data technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, replication, and consensus algorithms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
