Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at a mid-size to large law firm
• Experience with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
• Admitted to and in good standing to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on energy regulatory matters before FERC and state commissions
• Represent clients in regulatory proceedings and negotiations
• Provide strategic guidance on energy policy and compliance
